Book your Discovery Day
During this time together, we will be discussing everything about YOU! We don't know anything about each other yet, so this is a great time to get on the same page with you, your goals, and any concerns you may have before we start exercising and moving towards your goals together!
Here's what you can expect during your 60 minute Discovery Day.
1. Spend at least 15-30 minutes talking all about you, what physical activities you have done in the past, and where you are at currently. Your current schedule and stage of life are all important aspects to consider when choosing the best first steps for you.
2. 15 minutes Review Your movement patterns and introducing you to the exercise floor, while meeting the coaches. We want to review any injuries or limitations you may have before we start any time of exercise plan. You will leave feeling confident and ready to start exercising!
3. 10 minutes answering any questions or concerns you may have. You will leave feeling 100% confident and happy that you walked into Formwell.
