Exciting October Changes
EXCITING CHANGES COMING TO FORMWELL THIS MONTH!!
HELLO TO THE FORMWELL FAMILY!
By popular demand, we are finally switching our early AM schedule to on the hour (starting 10/10/16)!
This will solve a lot of (good) problems we have had with over crowding in our early small group sessions and make sure we have the full session time to stretch each member at the end of their training session!
So, as of Monday, 10/10/16:
1. M-F Small group sessions will be at 5am and 6am (instead of 5:30am and 6:15am) - just let us know which one works better for you and we will set you up ongoing - feel free to try both and see which works better for you!
2. Team will now be M-W-F starting at 6am and Tu-Th starting at 5am.
Also, October starts a whole new set of programming for Small Group Sessions and exciting changes (read: more metabolic and more fat burning) to all Team classes: let us know what you think!
