Travis has a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee, where he also played on the SEC and National Championship football teams in 1997 & 1998.  Upon his completion of his undergraduate degree, he stayed on and worked with the strength and conditioning staff and worked with numerous sports teams while he completed his MS in Recreation and Tourism Management with a concentration in Recreation Administration. 

He then accepted a Fitness Center Assistant Coordinator position at ING, a World Fortune Top 10 company.  During his fourth year, he was promoted to Head Coordinator, Fitness Center and Wellness and stayed on through eight years.  While there, he helped ING achieve the Best Fitness Center in Atlanta in the large company category six of eight years.  During that time, Travis has achieved a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (Recertified with Distinction) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He has spoken at two NSCA Georgia State Clinics and spoke at the 2007 NSCA National Convention as well.  He has also authored three articles for the NSCA Performance Training Journal.  He also holds a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant certification through the American College of Exercise and a Certified Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. 

Travis has a great deal of experience in weight loss, working with sedentary people, elderly, special populations, advanced exercisers, athletes both young and old, teams and elite level athletes, including those who have played in the NFL, MLB, NBA and UFC.  "Whatever your goals are, I will help you achieve them with diligence, hard work, dedication, variety and have fun doing it!"

Darian is a 2011 graduate of Georgia State University. While there he earned a M.S. in Exercise Science. He has been active in the health and fitness field for almost ten years. His fitness career began in Florida and continues today in Georgia where he has successfully trained clients of all ages and fitness levels.

He began his career as a freelance trainer in Florida, while in undergrad, and continued his development at a commercial gym in Georgia starting in 2008. His experience also includes fitness coaching small groups at Concourse Athletic Club.

Darian has experience training for weight loss, working with elderly and special populations, and athletic conditioning. He believes that a positive mind and healthy body are the keys to living a long and prosperous life. 



Avard Moncur, BS, CPT

Avard Moncur is a four-time Olympian for the Bahamas where he has acquired a bronze medal in Sydney 2000 and a silver medal in 2008 in the Beijing Olympics. He is a two-time NCAA champion for 400 m 11 time all American and is presently the Head cross country and track coach at SCAD Atlanta. In 2013 Avard retired from a 20 year career in track and field and focuses his efforts on allowing these experiences to help other individual in achieving their fitness goals. He's a level 1 certified USATF coach and also a IFA certified personal trainer. He holds a degree in Health Promotion from Auburn University.

Shelley is a graduate of Oglethorpe University where she played soccer and basketball and ran track. Shelley has been involved in sports and fitness since the age of 3 when she began dancing. By age 5, Shelley was involved in soccer, basketball, and swimming as well.

Shelley has worked as an educator, coach, and trainer in a variety of settings. Shelley's professional experiences includes, coaching soccer, basketball, and track and field at the high school and college levels, teaching Middle and High School at alternative style schools, coaching runners to complete marathons and other racing events, and nearly 10 years as a personal trainer, prenatal fitness instructor, and yoga instructor working with clients to improve performance, quality of life, and health.

Shelley is certified through the NSCA (CSCS), ACE, and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She enjoys helping clients make meaningful, lasting lifestyle changes to improve their quality of life. Shelley is excited to partner with you on your journey to health, fitness, and wellness!
