Travis has a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee, where he also played on the SEC and National Championship football teams in 1997 & 1998.  Upon his completion of his undergraduate degree, he stayed on and worked with the strength and conditioning staff and worked with numerous sports teams while he completed his MS in Recreation and Tourism Management with a concentration in Recreation Administration. 

He then accepted a Fitness Center Assistant Coordinator position at ING, a World Fortune Top 10 company.  During his fourth year, he was promoted to Head Coordinator, Fitness Center and Wellness and stayed on through eight years.  While there, he helped ING achieve the Best Fitness Center in Atlanta in the large company category six of eight years.  During that time, Travis has achieved a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (Recertified with Distinction) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He has spoken at two NSCA Georgia State Clinics and spoke at the 2007 NSCA National Convention as well.  He has also authored three articles for the NSCA Performance Training Journal.  He also holds a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant certification through the American College of Exercise and a Certified Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. 

Travis has a great deal of experience in weight loss, working with sedentary people, elderly, special populations, advanced exercisers, athletes both young and old, teams and elite level athletes, including those who have played in the NFL, MLB, NBA and UFC.  "Whatever your goals are, I will help you achieve them with diligence, hard work, dedication, variety and have fun doing it!"

Troy Blackman has a BS in Biology from St. Andrew University and a MBA from Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Working full time in the business world he is also an 18 year veteran of endurance events including 5 Half Ironman, Ironman USA ’99, 7 Marathons, and Lake Tahoe Endurance Run 50 miler. He is also a 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo. His passion for being fit and the life long battle with losing weight started the relationship with FormWell and the success of the process and next level of fitness caused him to join the team. 

Jessica Darby

Jessica is a graduate from Auburn University with a double major in Nutrition/Wellness and Exercise Science. While at Auburn, she coached competitive cheerleading and tumbling to young athletes and worked part time as a personal trainer. Jessica has prior experience in the athletic field as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader which taught her about how important it was to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She hopes to show every client she trains that they too can be an athlete.

Eric graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise in Health Science. While at KSU he worked as the manager of the Club Sports Gym and was an athlete and Vice President of the KSU Wrestling Team. After graduating he earned his personal training certification through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and worked as the Head Personal Trainer of an Anytime Fitness where helped multiple clients achieve their goals. He has always had a passion for exercise and the motivation to help others achieve their fitness related goals.

Shannon Corson

Shannon Corson is a graduate from Virginia Tech and has been training clients of all ages and fitness levels for the past two years. She specializes in small group training, large group fitness, and boot camp-style workouts. Shannon previously had years of experience in long-distance running until her passion turned to strength training, and she became certified by American Council on Exercise (ACE). Shannon loves the feeling of helping people to meet their goals by teaching them effective and efficient workouts that keep them committed and motivated!
