Rami F. Odeh, MS, is the President and Owner of FormWell Personal Fitness Training, a private personal training company located in Atlanta, GA. Founded in 1999, FormWell has helped over 1500 clients achieve their exercise and weight loss goals and employees degreed, nationally certified personal trainers who specialize in time-efficient, safe and effective training for all levels of exercisers. Rami has dual Master's degrees, one in Industrial Psychology and the other in Exercise Physiology and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Instructor. He also works part time at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA as an Exercise Physiologist in the Outpatient Weight Reduction Clinic and the Diabetes Education Department. He has been a personal trainer in various gyms and client's homes in the Southeast for over 15 years and has hands-on experience with over 750 clients. Rami is also a member of the Northside Hospital Speaker's Bureau and does various health-related presentations and health fairs for many corporations and organizations all over Georgia. In 2001, Rami and FormWell were chosen by Ultimate Health and Fitness in Atlanta as one of the top trainers and personal training studios in the Atlanta area. Rami is also an amateur triathlete, having completed over 140 multisport events (including Ironman Florida in 1999, seven half-ironmans and two marathons) in the past 15 years.
Heather Odeh has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance and is an ACE certified personal trainer. She was a professional dancer for over 10 years and still dances today. She danced in the performance of Babes in Toyland at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center for Atlanta Dance Theatre, in 2007. Heather already has a wealth of instructional training experience including: step/dance aerobics, body sculpting, aqua fitness, jazz dance, contemporary dance, ballet, and modern dance. She's been a personal trainer since 1992 in both Miami and Atlanta. She also has worked more than 10 years teaching dance in private and group environments. She has natural athletic ability and an active lifestyle which includes: triathlon competition at the national amateur level, dancing at the 1996 summer Olympics Opening Ceremonies for renowned choreographer Kenny Ortega, and the annual Avon 3 Day Walkathon for Breast Cancer. In 2001 and again in 2004 with the birth of the Odeh's two children, Heather has a new appreciation for mothers who try to have it all. A family, a business and physical health. Heather feels that her knowledge of both dance and personal training have led her to her new passion, pilates. She is currently working toward her new certification in this field. With her kids getting older, Heather is looking forward to reconnecting to her passion of teaching and encouraging others toward their path toward wellness. As one of our senior trainers, Heather knows lots of the 'tricks' for maintaining your interest and achieving your fitness goals.
