Formwell is made up of not just the most up-to-date equipment, but also has trainers who really care about you and your needs. The trainers are professional and amazing. I've seen the staff work with everyone - high school athletes, out of shape homemakers, weekend warriors, people very into fitness and even kids with special needs. The staff has this group of very different people work out according to each one's individual potential...which I find pretty amazing!
