Today was my third session with Michael and I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am. I am really enjoying my workouts with him! He is very challenging and seems to be very knowedgable of my needs. So far this is working into my other training schedule pretty well. Once I get going for a while, I will probably want to discuss diet and nutrition more with you. I know this is an area where I need help.
